Return Policy

What’s our return policy?

We do not offer returns and exchanges for goods that are ordered and already delivered, but if there is something wrong with your product or order, please let us know by contacting us at admin@skinclays.co.za

Some specific Skin Clays facecare products may cause tingling for very sensitive skin. If you purchased or received a product which has caused any response that concerns you, contact admin@skinclays.co.za for free professional guidance on the use of the product to fit your specific needs.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers who received wrong or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at sales@skinclays.co.za with photos of wrong/damaged items, and we’ll take care of it for you.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you received are not what you ordered or arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you timeously, please email us at sales@skinclays.co.za within 24 hours of receipt, with photos of the damaged product and packaging it came in (box), your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.  We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Wrong Address

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
